学院简介

浙江理工大学奥门微尼斯APP始建于1985年创建的经营管理系,199912月成立经贸与管理学院,200511月更名为奥门微尼斯APP。历经近四十余载,现已发展成为拥有管理学和经济学两大学科群,管理科学与工程、工商管理学、应用经济学三个一级学科,工程管理(MEM)、工商管理硕士(MBA)、会计(MPAcc)、金融(MF)四个专业学位类别的综合型奥门微尼斯APP。现有信息管理与信息系统、大数据管理与应用、工商管理、人力资源管理、会计学、经济学、国际经济与贸易、金融学等八个本科专业,其中信息管理与信息系统、人力资源管理、国际经济与贸易三个专业为国家级一流本科专业建设点,经济学为省级一流本科专业建设点,另有国际经济与贸易、工商管理两个全英文专业授课班,及一个会计学国际实验班。

学院现有教职工180余人,专任教师中副高级及以上职称人员占比近50%,博导5人,硕导60余人。拥有省突出贡献中青年专家、省新世纪151人才工程、省中青年学科带头人、省教学名师、省高层次人才特殊支持计划青年拔尖人才、省海外引才计划青年人才、省自然科学基金杰出青年、省“院士结对青年英才计划”人才等省级人才31人次。拥有浙江省文化创新类重点创新团队1个,浙江省高校创新团队1个。

学院拥有浙江理工大学浙江省生态文明研究院(浙江省哲学社会科学重点研究基地)、浙江省绿色发展研究中心(浙江省新型高校智库)和浙江省科技人才与政策研究院3个省级研究平台,拥有1个省一流学科(管理科学与工程)和1个省高校重点学科(工商管理学)。近五年来(2019-2023),获国家基金项目近40项,其中国家社科基金重大2项,国家自科重点1项,出版学术专著36部,在《管理世界》《经济研究》等权威学术期刊及SCI/SSCI等国际期刊发表学术论文350余篇,荣获省部级科研成果奖16项,获各级各类批示及采纳70余项。



    Zhejiang Sci-Tech University School of Economics and Management was initially established in 1985 as the Department of Business Management. In December 1999, it became the School of Economics and Trade. In November 2005, it was renamed as the School of Economics and Management. Over the past thirty years, it has developed into a comprehensive school of economics and management with two major disciplines: economics and management. It offers three primary disciplines at the undergraduate level: applied economics, management science and engineering, and business administration. It also offers four professional degree programs: engineering management, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Professional Accounting (MPAcc), and Master of Finance (MF).

Currently, the school offers eight undergraduate majors, including international economics and trade, economics, finance, information management and information systems, big data management and application, business administration, human resource management, and accounting. Among them, the majors of international economics and trade, information management and information systems, and human resource management are designated as national first-class undergraduate program construction sites, while the economics major is designated as a provincial first-class undergraduate program construction site. Additionally, there are two fully English-taught programs: international economics and trade and business administration, as well as an international experimental class for accounting.

The school has a strong faculty with more than 180 staff members, of which nearly 50% hold the title of associate professor or above. There are 5 doctoral supervisors and over 60 master's supervisors. The faculty includes outstanding young and middle-aged experts with significant contributions in the province, participants in the provincial "New Century 151 Talent Project," leading figures in young and middle-aged disciplines in the province, provincial teaching masters, young outstanding talents supported by the provincial high-level talent special support program, young talents in the provincial overseas talent introduction plan, outstanding young researchers supported by the provincial natural science foundation, talents in the provincial "Academician Pairing Youth Talents Program," high-level outstanding talents and young excellent talents in the provincial university's "Leading Talent Development Program," totaling 31 talents at the provincial level. The school also has one key innovative team in cultural innovation and one innovative team in Zhejiang Province's universities.

The school possesses three provincial research platforms: Zhejiang University of Technology's Zhejiang Provincial Institute of Ecological Civilization (Zhejiang Provincial Key Research Base in Philosophy and Social Sciences), Zhejiang Provincial Green Development Research Center (Zhejiang Provincial New Type University Think Tank), and Zhejiang Provincial Institute of Science and Technology Talents and Policy Research. It has one provincial first-class discipline (Management Science and Engineering) and one provincial key discipline (Business Administration).

In the past five years (2019-2023), the school has received funding for more than 32 national-level research projects, with a total research funding of over 46 million yuan. It has published over 36 academic monographs and more than 350 academic papers in key academic journals such as "Management World," "Economic Research," and "Acta Psychologica Sinica," as well as other SCI/SSCI international journals. The school has received 16 provincial and ministerial-level research achievement awards, 69 approvals and adoptions at various levels, and has hosted or undertaken 6 key academic conferences.
